Fast Paced, Competitive games to improve communication, basketball IQ, and conditioning
3x3 basketball is blowing up after being in the Olympics in 2021. USA basketball has national teams all the way down to 18u. The 3x3 style of basketball is fast, fun, and translates so well to the 5 on 5 game. By incorporating a 12-second shot clock, players are challenged to make quick decisions, communicate, and work together to gain an advantage. Players are exposed to all positions on the court, while learning to pass, attack and move without the ball.
